The Beurer BM54 takes your blood pressure measurement from your upper arm, automatically inflating and notifying you of any application errors. Your results are shown on the easy-to-read XL display and are referenced to the traffic light scale risk indicator for interpretation of your measurement at a glance. The BM54 can be used by up to 2 people and each profile can store up to 60 readings. Connect your device with the Phable app and get all the vitals recorded on the Phable app.

Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
Put the arm loop through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above the elbow. Marker (arrow under the air tube) is centred on the middle of your inner arm.
Close the fabric fastener firmly.
Place your arm on a flat table with your palm facing upward and make sure that the cuff is positioned at the same height as your heart.
Press the start button.
