Battery, user guide, and one blood pressure monitor

Make sure your wrist is exposed and that nothing, such as tight clothing, is preventing blood flow in your arm. Place the cuff so that it is on the inside of your wrist.
Close the Velcro fastening on the cuff so that the upper edge of the monitor is about 1 cm below the ball of your thumb.
The cuff must be snugly fastened around the wrist, but it must not restrict it
Press the start button to check your measurements

Measure after three to five minutes of relaxation.
Read the instructions carefully before using.
Dont measure immediately after having food/tea.
Keep it away from childern
