The Beurer BP Monitor BM 27 Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is great for home use especially when you are taking readings yourself. It is a good way to manage your health, sitting in the vicinity of your home. It is designed for accuracy and stores 60 blood pressure readings for two users. Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
Put the arm loop through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above the elbow. Marker (arrow under the air tube) is centred on the middle of your inner arm.
Close the fabric fastener firmly.
Place your arm on a flat table with your palm facing upward and make sure that the cuff is positioned at the same height as your heart.
Press the start button.
