You may quickly and conveniently test your blood pressure with the Beurer BM28 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor without an adaptor, save the measured values, and display the progress and average values of the measured values obtained. It can accommodate up to 4 users. The procedure is made simple and error rates are decreased by the automatic usage alert and cuff position control. Connect your smartphone to the Phable app to have all of your vital signs recorded there.

Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
Put the arm loop through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above the elbow. Marker (arrow under the air tube) is centred on the middle of your inner arm.
Close the fabric fastener firmly.
Place your arm on a flat table with your palm facing upward and make sure that the cuff is positioned at the same height as your heart.
Press the start button.
