Omron BP Monitor HEM7156-AP is a fully automatic blood pressure monitor provides Accurate Readings and comfortable upper arm blood pressure measurement. No adjustments are required by the user to select an inflation level. Connect your device with the Phable app and get all the vitals recorded on the Phable app.

Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
Put the arm loop through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above the elbow. Marker (arrow under the air tube) is centred on the middle of your inner arm.
Close the fabric fastener firmly.
Place your arm on a flat table with your palm facing upward and make sure that the cuff is positioned at the same height as your heart.
Press the start button.
