Good product

I used this machine since 2018. I have good experience

Readings not dependable

I purchased from local medical shop for Rs. 1200/- with 50 testing strips free pack. The monitor is showing blood glucose levels high. After using for 10days, I resolved to go for lab test simultaneously with a gap of less than 1minute. Both FBS and PBS have differece of approximately 100units. While this app stipulates Rs. 345/- price, why the dealer collected Rs. 1200/- from me. I have money receipt and the saved add. I definetely approach consumer forum for both its price and undependable data

Found navigator defective.

I purchased Morepen Gluco one BG3 in last month, unfortunately I recd defective navigator. Please arrange to replace my navigator alongwith punching nidle.
