Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
Put the arm loop through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above the elbow. Marker (arrow under the air tube) is centred on the middle of your inner arm.
Close the fabric fastener firmly.
Place your arm on a flat table with your palm facing upward and make sure that the cuff is positioned at the same height as your heart. Press the start button.

Reliable product with minor compromises

There is no charger in the default package. This comes with the Omron regular cuff size that fits arm circumference between 22cm and 32cm and the power adapter should be purchased separately. But, in my experience the regular cuff size has tolerance for about ± 3cm. If you are looking for a large cuff size which are expensive and hard to find as well.

Overall a good product and accurate results

Best instrument for monitoring BP. I compared readings many times with my mercury based instrument and results are almost the same with a maximum difference of 3 to 7 points only.

Compact and easy to use

The instrument is very handy, used this device to monitor BP of my family members using a stethoscope and conventional pump to capture the value of systolic and diastolic pressure is easy displayed.
