                            Very tasteful indeed & easy to spread on toast.But how far its diabetic friendly that I can't ascertain as I am neither a doctor or a nutritionist. But given the benefit of doubt if its true to its claims then even diabetic patients can now afford to enjoy & dig on a sweet jammy toast like any other normal healthy person but in moderation of course.

                            This jam is very tasty. It's same as other mix fruit flavor. Being diabetic for 9 years I could not eat jam but now I can safely consume this as it's diabetic friendly. Going to order again for sure.
