The Dr. Trust Comfort Sky Mdi engineering technique measures your blood pressure while it is in inflation, giving you a more accurate measurement without the need to wait for deflation.

Keep your legs straight and feet flat on the ground.
Now place your arm on a table or other flat surface
Make sure your upper arm is level with your heart.
Next, place the blood pressure cuff on your upper arm.
Make sure it is firmly fastened and that the cuff extends about an inch above the elbow crease.
