Omron HEM 6181 AP monitor machines are enhanced with advanced posture guide sensor ensures that the monitor is placed at the correct height to obtain reliable readings conveniently. The digital BP machine can also ascertain the average of the last 2-3 readings taken within 10 minutes and stores upto 60 user measurements in its memory. Connect your device with the Phable app and get all the vitals recorded on the Phable app.

Apply the wrist cuff to your left wrist
Put your wrist through the cuff loop
Position the wrist cuff leaving a clearance of 1 to 2 cms between the cuff and the bottom of your palm
Wrap the wrist cuff firmly around your wrist. Do not apply over clothing
The cuff must be approximately the same height as your heart
Press the START/STOP button.
