When used in conjunction with the OneTouch Verio Flex Blood Glucose Monitoring system, the OneTouch Verio test strips allow for the measurement of blood glucose (sugar) levels in fresh capillary, whole blood samples taken from the fingertips. Only one usage should be made of each strip. Each lancet should only be used once to prevent infection.

Turn On The Meter & Insert The Testing Strip
Touch The Test Strip With Your Pricked Finger

You should wash and dry your hands before starting the exam.
Check and gather your supplies, which should include a metre, test strip, lancing tool, etc.
Switch your finger frequently to avoid skin thickening.
The thin skin makes using your little finger inappropriate.
After recording the outcome, throw away the test strip in a sharps container.
Don't smear the drop, please.
