The dessert mix is made of 55% Ragi, which is rich in vitamins and also a good source of iron and calcium.
Dessert mix or ice cream mix is healthy as it has no refined or added sugar.
Refined sugar comes with calories which is unhealthy for weight management.
We have sweetened our mix with jaggery, a natural sweetener which is ideal for weightwatchers.

Take 2 scoops of the Dessert mix, add 120 ml (~0.5 cup) of boiling water or milk, stir and mix well to avoid lumps.
Cool the mixture to ambient temperature and freeze the mixture for 4 hrs.
Avoid over-freezing for perfect texture.

Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Moisture to avoid the risk of infestation.
Best consumed within 10-15days from opening.
